She is absolute in pristine condition and ready to go. The boat is specially designed for the tropics. This means a very good insulation for the upper decks and no hatches fitted to the decks. The saloon headlining consists of a special heat reflecting material and all the saloon windows have attached a special 3M heat reflecting foil. The present owners had her built in Australia and sailed her back to Europe. She is currently registered in Panama but will be registered in Gibraltar in an offshore company.
