Wauquiez's were built to compete with Swan Yachts, Halberg Rassey Yachts, and Baltic yachts. They are often referred to as "The Swan of France". They command strong, nearly fanatical loyalty from their owners and resale value is strong. They are true ocean going vessels and there have been more than a few of these circumnavigating and many cross oceans as a matter of course. Powerful sailing performance, sleek and quick through the water, comfortable in a seaway, plus good solid construction are their qualities.
