This unique gaff rigged cutter was originally built in Germany in 1937 as a typical shrimper by the well known Bieritz shipyard. She was constructed of oak on oak with mast and spars of douglas pine, and was powered by sails and a small diesel engine. In 1978 she was converted for private use and a 150 hp Deutz Diesel engine was installed.
